• All packages sent signed for / recorded delivery by the Royal mail, UPS, FedEx.
  
  Within the UK we send all packages via First Class Recorded Delivery.
  All foreign packages are sent via Airmail to ensure the quickest possible delivery time.
   
• Should the need arise to return a product, please first contact us at returns@willybanjo.com. With who are you, what did you order and when did you order it. 
  We cannot accept any un-solicited returns.
  
  We must be notified of any returns within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
  All costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Proof of sending is not a proof of receipt by Willy Banjo.
  We will always endeavor to sort out any problems at the earliest possible convenience.
  
  Buying terms:

• Willy Banjo located in the UK and will follow the regulations of the UK about the law. In some countries or states it is forbidden to import, stocking and supplying some products. If you want to order some products, you'll have to check the local custom regulations
   
• We cannot be held responsible for misuse of these products.

• Willy Banjo does not accept any responsibility for violations of custom regulations. We dispatch our products with the reservation that they will not be used by third parties in conflict with the law.
